04/16/2011 Logan's Roadhouse

Meal- The Logan(Sirloin Steak/Cooked Medium) Done Onion Brewski Style(Added Crispy Onions, Garlic Butter and Grilled Onions to the Steak) with Mashed Potatoes w/ White Gravy and Steamed Broccoli and Sweet Tea to drink.

Atmosphere- 3.5

Presentation- 4

Flavor- 4

Overall- 4

Notes- Very friendly service, comfortable setting and the decor was very western oriented. One thing I wouldn't recommend for here is for the obsessively clean and neat as it is tradition to throw peanut shells on the floor. As for the meal, the Steak was very tough at first but as I continued eating, the steak did become more tender but the overall flavor was good. The Crispy Onions placed on top of the steak added plenty of flavor as the fried skin and strong flavor of the onions gave a good balance along with the garlic butter put on the steak. The grilled onions beneath the steak lacked any true flavor but was nice as a finisher to the meal. The Mashed Potatoes were a delight and the White Gravy adds a good balance to the starch of the potatoes and sweetened it some. The broccoli served on the side was very tender and easy to cut, making it very good to eat. Overall, the meal was a delight, our server was very helpful and the setting was perfect for the meal. I would recommend going there for a nice meal experience.
